Two Women Hide 181 Cocaine Capsules In Stomach Arrested At Delhi Airport

New Delhi : Two women who reached Delhi airport after traveling from Uganda were arrested. Police officials say that he allegedly hid 181 capsules worth Rs 28 crore inside his stomach.

Delhi Police said two women traveling from Uganda had swallowed cocaine to hide it in bullets. The weight of the seized cocaine is about two kilos.

One of the two women was arrested on Thursday. He told the police that he had 81 bullets in his stomach. After this he was taken to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital where cocaine weighing about 0.891 kg was found inside him. The value of recovered cocaine is estimated to be ₹13.6 crore in the international market.

On the other hand, about 80 capsules were found hidden in the stomach of the woman's companion, who was arrested on May 22. He too was taken to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for X-ray examination. The weight of the cocaine found inside the bullets is 0.957 kg and the cost is Rs 14 crore.
