These incidents took place at Kwakta in Bishnupur and Kangwai in Churachandpur district. Earlier, the news of firing had also come to the fore in the state on Tuesday. Nine people were killed and 10 were said to be injured in the firing in Ajiganj village on the border between Imphal East and Kangpokpi district. According to the information, the attackers suddenly reached the village and started firing.Number of displaced from Manipur increased in MizoramAmidst the ongoing tension in the state, many people have been forced to take refuge in neighboring states. The number of these displaced people is continuously increasing. Meanwhile, 175 more people have reached Mizoram from Manipur to take shelter. With this, the total number of these people increased to 11503 on Friday.Relief camps set up in many districtsOut of these 8634 people are living with their relatives in Mizoram while 2869 people are living in 35 relief camps built in three districts. Let us tell you that 14 relief camps have been set up in Assam for the people displaced from Manipur. Apart from this, 13 relief camps have been set up in Aizawl district and 8 in Saitual district of Mizoram. Both these districts are adjacent to the border of Manipur.
