Swati Maliwal Case: Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has recently accused CM Arvind Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar of assault. Since the allegations were made, various types of allegations are being continuously made against Swati Maliwal by the Aam Aadmi Party. Meanwhile, questions are also being raised whether Swati Maliwal will resign from the post of Rajya Sabha MP. There is also discussion that if Swati Maliwal resigns, then Aam Aadmi Party can send Abhishek Manu Singhvi to Rajya Sabha in her place.

No desire to remain an MP

In an interview with ANI, Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal was asked on this issue. When she was asked whether she would resign as Rajya Sabha MP? Answering this question, Swati Maliwal said, 'I have no desire to remain an MP. If he had spoken to me lovingly, I would have resigned under any circumstances, I have no problem. I don't feel bound to any position. I feel that I have done a lot of work and I can do the work even without the post.

My character is being hijacked

Swati Maliwal further said, 'But the way they have beaten me and beaten me, now no matter how powerful any power in the world is, I will not resign under any circumstances. I am coming to know, I am being told that because of this my character is being assassinated, I will not resign at all. I am one of the young MPs in the Parliament, I will work very hard and show what an ideal MP looks like.

Let us tell you that while accusing Aam Aadmi Party, Swati Maliwal said in a post on Videos of the beatings were leaked. I was victim shamed. Roamed with the accused, allowed him to return to the crime scene and tampered with the evidence. He himself took to the streets to fight for the accused and now the Chief Minister, in whose drawing room I was beaten, is saying that he wants a fair investigation in this matter. What could be a bigger irony than this? I don't believe it. Words and actions should be the same.'
