A lady from Uttar Pradesh's Noida was found lifeless beneath neath mysterious circumstances in her inn room here, police stated on Tuesday. The incident came to light after the lady, Diksha Mishra (30), a divorcee and the mom of an 11-month-old girl, did not reply to repeated calls from the inn personnel and did not answer the door on Monday morning, they stated.
Mishra had come here along with her live-in companion, who's at the run, and friends to celebrate her birthday, Superintendent of Police (crime) Devendra Pincha stated.
After there has been no response from her, the door of her room was damaged and she was found lifeless, frothing on the mouth. Her body had become blue, he stated.
Mishra's live-in companion had checked in below the name of Rishabh. However, an ID card recovered from the victim's room discovered that he's Emraan, a scrap supplier from Noida, the SP stated.
The inn personnel stated they heard a few noises coming from Mishra's room overdue on Sunday night, Pincha stated.
Efforts are being made to nab Emraan. A forensic crew is amassing proof from the crime scene and the frame has been despatched for an autopsy examination, he stated.
Mishra's brother has been informed about the incident, he stated.
