'Phanfone' less powerful than Hurricane Haiyan

A tourist told that taxi is running in Kalibo city, but the wind is very strong and it is still raining. That is why no one wants to leave the airport. However, ' Phanfoon ' is less powerful than the 2013 Haiyan storm. More than 7300 people were killed or went missing from Haiyan.
