Action After Violence / 88 arrested including husband of AIMIM councilor in Karnataka, screws on 61 accused in Maharashtra, six cases registered

While the Karnataka Police has arrested 88 people, including the husband of the AIMIM councilor, in the case, Maharashtra Police has taken a big action and registered six cases and arrested 61 people.

Know what is the matter of Karnataka

Let us inform that section 144 was imposed in the area after the mob pelted stones at the old Hubli police station. Four policemen were also injured in this incident. According to the police, the mob was demanding action against a person who posted the objectionable WhatsApp, while the police have already arrested the accused person and registered a case. But the rioters were not satisfied with the action of the police and that is why around midnight they pelted stones at the police station and broke many vehicles.

Hospital and Hanuman temple also attacked

According to the police commissioner, the mob then pelted stones at the local hospital and Hanuman temple as well. After which the police had to lathi-charge them.

61 people arrested so far in Maharashtra

Six cases are registered in different police stations for inciting violence during Ram Navami celebrations in Mankhurd and other places in Maharashtra. 30 people have been arrested in the incident of clash between members of two communities in Mankhurd. A total of 61 people have been arrested in different cases.
