Accident / 9 Dead, 8 Injured After Another Residential Building Collapses In Mumbai

Mumbai: A major accident took place in Malad West, Mumbai due to heavy rains late at night, in which 11 people were killed and 18 people were injured. Eight children are among the dead. In fact, a four-storey building collapsed in the Collector's Compound of Malad West late in the night. The rescue team that reached there after the accident rescued 18 people, including women and children, who have been admitted to the hospital. After the accident, two other dilapidated buildings near it have been demolished as a precaution. At present, the rescue operation is going on there. Around 11 o'clock in the night, a one-storey house had collapsed in Malvani, Malad. The accident happened at plot number 72 in New Collector's Compound. Firefighters are still engaged in clearing the debris.

BJP accuses Shiv Sena

BJP leader Ramkadam said that 11 people lost their lives in the house collapsed in the slum in Malad Malvani. This happened due to the negligence of Shiv Sena-ruled BMC. This is an accident not a murder.

Mithi river water level increased due to heavy rain
