Swati Maliwal: Delhi government minister Atishi has broken her silence by holding a press conference in the case of alleged misbehavior with Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. He said that as part of the conspiracy of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Swati Maliwal had gone to the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He said that his intention was to make false allegations against CM Kejriwal. BJP leader Kapil Mishra has hit back at Atishi's press conference and said that Atishi's statement proves AAP MP Sanjay Singh a liar.

‘CM Kejriwal has not taken any action on Vibhav’

Kapil Mishra said that Sanjay Singh himself had said in a press conference that accused Vibhav Kumar had behaved indecently with Atishi and due to this Kejriwal is angry and he will take action. Mishra said, 'At the same time, today Atishi is saying that Swati Maliwal is lying to everyone, which means Sajay Singh was also lying. CM Kejriwal is roaming around with Vibhav, no action has been taken. From all this it is clear that the Aam Aadmi Party is hiding something very big.

‘AAP leaders are lying, tried to destroy evidence’

Kapil Mishra said, 'Looking at the statement given by Swati Maliwal before the magistrate, it seems that she has been subjected to terrible torture and violence. But, after three days of silence, Aam Aadmi Party leaders have tried to erase the evidence, lie, target Swati Maliwal, as they do in all other cases. If the Aam Aadmi Party is true then why Arvind Kejriwal has not come forward yet, why the CCTV of his house has not come forward.

AAP had released the video of the debate in CM House

Taking aim at AAP, Kapil said, 'You are proving a victim a liar by making an edited video of 10-15 seconds from someone's mobile, nothing can be more shameful than this.' A video named 'Swati Ka Sach' was released in which Swati Maliwal is heard arguing with the employees of the Chief Minister's residence. In the video, the staff is heard asking Swati to go out of the CM House while Swati is asking her to sit there till the police arrive.
