According to the report of Cricbuzz, ICC has extended the extra time by 250 minutes for the second semi-final of T20 World Cup 2024. So that it can be ensured that the match ends on the same day. No reserve day has been kept for the second semi-final. The report further states that the reserve day has not been kept so that the team does not have to play on consecutive days before the final. Because the final is on 29th June.

Reserve day has been kept for the first semi-final.

The first semi-final match is to be held on June 26 in Trinidad. If there is rain in this match, then ICC has kept a reserve day for this match. Then the match will continue till June 27. The second semi-final match will be played in Guyana on June 27, which will start at 8.30 pm Indian time. This match will end on the same day. Because ICC has extended about four hours for this match, that is, if there is rain in the second semi-final, then this T20 match can last for eight hours. According to media reports, the Indian team can play the second semi-final match.

Indian team is in Group A for T20 World Cup

The Indian team has been placed in Group A for the T20 World Cup 2024. Apart from India, this group includes teams from Pakistan, Netherlands, Canada and America. Team India will play its first match against Ireland on June 5. On June 9, the Indian team will play a great match against Pakistan.
