New Delhi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has attacked the Modi government over the situation of Corona virus epidemic in the country. Rahul Gandhi today issued a 'white paper' on behalf of the party and appealed to the Modi government to make full preparations from now on in view of the possibility of a third wave.
