It may sound strange, but cyber security company, Kaspersky has revealed that it had seen some job advertisements and resumes on the dark web. The company has revealed that this dark web is looking for talented people who are ready to stay with the company full time or for a long time.Kaspersky revealed, 'They need more new people for cyber attack. We reviewed job advertisements and resumes posted on 155 dark web forums from January 2020 to June 2022 and analyzed those that contained information about long-term engagement or full-time employment. Most job advertisements were viewed in March 2020. On the other hand, if remembered correctly, in 2020, the maximum number of cybercrime incidents took place. Because at the same time people were facing cash crunch. Taking advantage of their weakness, cyber criminals looted their remaining earnings by luring them with a job.Kaspersky revealed in its blog, "The main dark web employees are Hacker Team and apt group capable of developing and spreading malware code." The website explained that the dark web is mainly advertised by developers, Which is 61% of the total advertisement. Developers engineers on the dark web are paid $20,000 (about Rs 16 lakh) a month, while the same professionals get a monthly salary of between $1,300 and $4,000 in another multinational company. The average salary for these professionals is $4,000.The dark web is in need of highly skilled people so they want to select the best candidates. The selection process is the same as in other legitimate companies. They are lured by lucrative offers to hire skilled employees. These offers include work from home, full-time job, no time limit (flextime), paid leave, medical facility, even they are given a friendly team.
