Mahakumbh 2025: A big news is coming out from Prayagraj. Once again a fire incident has happened in Mahakumbh. This fire broke out in some vacant tents of Sector 19, which the Kalpvasis had left. It is a matter of relief that there were no casualties in this incident. The administration is fully alert."An incident of arson also took place on 7 FebruaryThis is not the first incident of fire in the Mahakumbh Mela area. Earlier on February 7 also, Hariharanand's tent caught fire. During that time also high flames of fire were seen, but the fire brigade team showed promptness and immediately controlled the fire. The video of the incident also surfaced, in which high flames of fire were seen rising from the tent.Shankaracharya Marg and other incidentsMeanwhile, an incident of arson also took place in Sector 18 located on Shankaracharya Marg. Seeing the flames rising in the tent, the fair administration became alert. Immediately the fire brigade team reached the spot and controlled the situation. Fortunately, there were no casualties in this incident as well.Even before this, incidents of arson have taken place in the Mahakumbh Mela area. A tent caught fire near Chamanganj Chowki in the outer area of Sector 22, due to which 15 tents were burnt to ashes. However, there was no loss of life at that time as well. Due to the promptness of the fire department, the fire was prevented from spreading.Vigilance and security arrangements of the administrationIncidents of fire in a huge event like Mahakumbh are a matter of concern. The administration is constantly making strict security arrangements and fire brigade vehicles are stationed in the fair area. Vigilance is being exercised and necessary steps are being taken to prevent tents from catching fire.The local administration has appealed to the devotees to remain alert and immediately inform the police or administration about any kind of accident, so that appropriate action can be taken in time.
