Budget session: The budget session of the Haryana Vidhansabha will begin with the speech of Governor Bandaru Dattatreya. After this condolence proposals will be kept. During this time's budget session, Anil Vij will not attend due to ill health. There are chances of uproar in this session. Manohar Lal will present the budget on February 23. Other opposition parties, including Congress, have made a strategy to surround the government on the issue of Old Pension Scheme and former Sports Minister Sandeep Singh during the session. The proceedings of the House will run only for eight days in the budget session. The second phase will start from March 17 and will run till March 22.

Haryana Congress has prepared a strategy to surround the government regarding the budget session. The Congress will heat up the atmosphere in the house on 25 issues including e-tendering, lathicharge on employees on the demand of OPS, increasing crime including Loharu incident, unemployment and the plight of gaushalas. For this, different MLAs were given the responsibility of raising issues on behalf of the party.
