Supreme Court has given this order

In the hearing held on Friday, the Supreme Court said, 'This case should be transferred from Civil Judge Senior Division Varanasi to District Judge Varanasi. The transfer of the case will be decided on priority basis by the District Judge for hearing the petition filed by the Muslim side.

The Supreme Court said in its decision, 'Our interim order of May 17 will remain in force till the judgment is delivered and for eight weeks thereafter so that the aggrieved party can challenge the order of the District Judge. Till then, we request the District Magistrate Varanasi to consult the litigants and make suitable arrangements for Wazu.


Our interim order is not optional

The Supreme Court in its judgment said, 'Our interim order is not optional. The order passed by Civil Judge Senior Judge Varanasi on May 16 will be incorporated in the order of this court on May 17. The matter of appointment of Court Commissioner is going on in the High Court, which is being heard, we are aware of the matter.


'We can't stop the trial court from running'

The Supreme Court said that we cannot stop the trial court from running. A framework has been made in the constitution to maintain peace. Justice Chandrachud said that instead of directing the lower court, we should strike a balance.

At the same time, when Ahmadi started the discussion on the place of worship law, Justice Chandrachud said that this is your second point of view. We are discussing the matter of Rule 11 of Order VII. Senior advocate Vaidyanathan, appearing for the Hindu party, said that we do not want any pressure or restriction on the discretion of the judge. What should happen first during the hearing should be left to the discretion of the District Judge.
