Maharashtra Politics: On the last day of campaigning for the Maharashtra assembly elections, the war of words between the ruling party and the opposition has intensified. Shiv Sena-UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray reacted strongly to BJP leader Yogi Adityanath's 'If you divide, you will be cut' statement. In a rally held at BKC in Mumbai, Uddhav challenged the BJP leaders and said, "If anything happens, we will definitely cut you."

Allegations on BJP and target on PM Modi

Uddhav Thackeray accused the Mahayuti government of giving preference to builders instead of the welfare of Mumbai. Thackeray also said that the BJP does not trust its workers in Maharashtra and external efficiency readers from Gujarat are being deployed. He also attacked Prime Minister Modi and demanded his resignation.

Allegations of handing over land to Adani

Thackeray accused the BJP and Mahayuti of giving large lands to the Adani Group in areas like Kolhapur, Chandrapur and Palghar, which in his view is against the interests of the state. Thackeray warned that Shiv Sena will not let this city be harmed.

Uddhav Thackeray attacked the BJP, accusing it of ignoring the issues of the state and appealed to the people of Maharashtra to unite against the Mahayuti government.
