Islamabad: A video of Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, a close leader of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, is going viral on social media. In this video, Firdous is seen slapping a Pakistani MP during the recording of the TV show. The victim is Qadir Mandokhel of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) of MP Bilawal Bhutto. In the middle of the recording of the show, Firdous was so furious about something that he licked the MP Qadir.Imran's special assistant was FirdousIt is seen in the viral video that during the show there is an argument between the two leaders and then Firdaus Aashiq Awan suddenly slaps Qadir Mandokhel. Imran Khan's party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Firdous is also accused of abusing the MP. After the ruckus over the slap, a leader close to Imran has presented an explanation. He says that PPP MP Qadir Mandokhel had abused and threatened him and his father. Due to which the matter reached to the slap. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Qadir Mandokhel forced him to do so. She will file a case of mental harassment against Mandokhel.There are allegations of corruptionIn his clarification presented on social media, Firdous said that the entire video of this incident should be released so that people can know that I was forced to do so. He further said, 'My political reputation and reputation was at stake during the show. I am talking to my lawyers in this whole matter. It is worth noting that Dr Firdous has also been accused of corruption.
