IPL 2022 / Jonty Rhodes was seen touching Sachin Tendulkar feet video go viral

IPL 2022 | Sachin Tendulkar is arguably the greatest batsman to ever play the game of cricket. The 48-year-old Indian legend is the highest run-scorer in Test and ODI history and holds the record for scoring 100 international hundreds. The right-handed batsman made his India debut in 1989 and represented the country for 24 years before saying goodbye in 2013.

Sachin is a role model for many cricketers not only in India but around the world. He is a highly respected person, and there have been many occasions when cricketers have respected him in some way or the other. A similar incident happened on Wednesday as well.

Former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes was seen trying to touch Sachin's feet after the IPL 2022 match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings came to an end. When the players and support staff of both the teams came to shake hands at the end of the match.

Rhodes was not the first cricketer who tried to touch Sachin's feet on the ground and made headlines. Earlier, former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has also done the same on several occasions.
