In Andhra Pradesh, the son of an MLA has been accused of disconnecting the water supply connection at the international airport. After the uproar in this matter, Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has made it clear that action will be taken after investigation. Tirupati Deputy Mayor Abhinay Reddy is accused of cutting the water connection. Tirupati Renigunta Airport is an international airport and is operated by the Airport Authority of India.
