This case was registered at South Cyber ​​Grant Road Police Station in Mumbai.

Seeing the seriousness of the matter, a team of Mumbai Police left for Rajasthan for investigation. From there, the team arrested this 25-year-old man named Banwarilal Laturlal Gujar.

The police team has returned to Mumbai on Sunday afternoon with this person arrested from Bundi district of Rajasthan.

The accused said - Salman has hurt our ego

After interrogation, the accused has confessed that he was involved in the plan to attack Salman. He also made many revelations. He said - I explained to him (Salman), but he did not listen. Our ego is hurt. Salman has Y+ security. Whoever clashes with us will be crushed to dust.

The accused has been arrested by API Arun Thorat and his team. Arun, along with his team, arrested the accused from the roadside at 6 am. Arun's team arrested the accused in a 36-hour search operation. This mission was kept completely confidential because there was a fear that the Gurjar community might attack the police at the time of arrest.

The police recently recorded the statements of Salman and his brothers

On April 14, there was firing at Salman Khan's Bandra house Galaxy Apartment. Two months after the incident, Salman recently gave a statement to the Mumbai Police.

According to Mumbai Police sources, on April 14, two bike-borne attackers fired 4 rounds from a 7.6 bore gun at Salman's house. Forensic experts found a live bullet from the spot. Lawrence Group had claimed responsibility for this attack.

While investigating the case, the police arrested 6 accused. All these accused were charged under MCOCA. Anuj Thapan, an accused arrested in the case, committed suicide by hanging himself in police custody. Anuj had provided weapons to the people who fired in this case. The investigation of the suicide of accused Anuj Thapan was handed over to the state CID.
