FIPIC Summit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the India-Pacific Islands Cooperation (FIPIC) summit in Papua New Guinea on Monday. Keeping his point in the summit, PM Modi said that for India the whole world is like a family. One Family, One Future is our main mantra. For us the whole world is like a family. Brother India helped many countries during the Corona period. PM Modi said that India is a reliable partner of Papua New Guinea. We help our fellow countrymen. Along with this, he also appealed to all the countries to join the Solar Alliance. He said we respect your integrity and sovereignty and India believes in diversity. India is ready for all kinds of help. Please tell that 14 countries have participated in this summit.Referring to the impact of Corona in the summit, the Prime Minister said that the impact of the pandemic has been maximum on the Global South countries. Challenges related to climate change, natural disasters, hunger, poverty and health were already there, now new problems are arising regarding fuel, fertilizer and pharma.India can be trusted as a reliable partnerTalking about development and partnership, PM Modi said that you can count on India as a reliable partner. We are ready to share our experience and capabilities with you without hesitation. India believes in multilateralism and supports a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific.'It is our responsibility to convey the concerns of the Global South to the world'The PM said that through the G-20, India considers it its responsibility to convey the concerns, expectations and aspirations of the Global South to the world through this summit. This has been my endeavor in G-7 also. As far as climate change is concerned, India has set a target regarding this issue and is also working fast on them.
