New Delhi: In the high-voltage India vs Pakistan ICC Men's T20 World Cup match, India had to face defeat against Pakistan on Sunday for the first time in World Cups. The Men in Green beat India by 10 wickets at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.  After the match, visuals and videos of Pakistani cricketers interacting with Indian players and mentor Mahendra Singh Dhoni had gone viral on social media.

Pakistan's young fast-bowler Shahnawaz Dahani posted a picture with team India mentor MS Dhoni on social media. The photo is from after the India vs Pakistan match. Dahani was not a part of Pakistan's playing XI against India, but he was with the team in their practice session.

Sharing the photo with Dhoni, Dahani wrote in the caption, "what a night it was, Happiness of Pakistan's Victory and excitement of meeting one of my dream player msdhoni can't be forgotten".

Earlier, Dahani had met Dhoni before the India-Pakistan match but from a distance.  A Pakistani journalist had posted a video of the interaction between MS Dhoni and Shahnawaz Dhani on Twitter.  An elated fanboy Dahani, who was excited to meet his hero, called Dhoni from afar and said, "You are Dhoni, I am Dahani."

Dhoni, who had retired from international cricket after 50-overs World Cup, is currently with the national squad as a mentor for the T20 World Cup. Dhoni was seen spending a lot of time with the players of Team India during their preparations. India have to play their next match in the tournament against New Zealand on October 31.
