“The global network needs to inspire and sell the improvement of the state of affairs in Afghanistan in a tremendous direction, help non-violent reconstruction, enhance the health of the human beings and decorate its ability for unbiased improvement,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin instructed journalists at an every day briefing on Tuesday.
