After getting rejected repeatedly, he applied for a visa to Nepal, because there approval was being given only in 2 days. In such a situation, he decided to take Via Nepal entry in India.

Seema Haider's identity came to light on 4 July when she was arrested in India. She had come to India only in May and was living hiding her identity. Seema says that she went from Karachi to Dubai and from there came to Nepal, then took a bus from Kathmandu and reached Delhi. Here Sachin got her a room on rent, where she could stay with her children.

After coming out on bail, Seema Haider says that she loves Sachin a lot, that's why she came to India with a risk. But now she does not want to go back to Pakistan, claiming that if she returns, her life could be in danger.
