Upasana is not a part of the show

When Kapil Sharma's show started, Upasana Singh also used to play the role of aunt in it. The name of Kapil's show on Colors channel was Comedy Nights with Kapil. But when Kapil went to Sony TV, he did not see Upasana Singh there. Till date, many people felt that there was a dispute between the two, but Upasana Singh has categorically denied this. He said that Kapil and him have a good relationship and there is no dispute.

contract came

Talking to Etames, Upasana Singh said, 'It was fun working with Kapil when I was playing the role of aunt. Later, he started his own show and moved to another channel. I could not switch to another channel as I had signed a contract and I had to continue working for the channel. There was no rift with Kapil but people felt that I am not happy working with him.

Upasana in search of a role

Upasana Singh further said, 'I did a few episodes with Kapil but then I realized that I want to do something creatively satisfying instead of being a part of his show for a few minutes. Kapil and I are on good terms and we interact with each other often. I am hoping that someday he will write a role for me as it will justify my talent and give me creative satisfaction as an actor. Upasana further said that she will work only when Kapil gives a suitable role for her.
