The ministry said that medical teams are making every effort to provide proper medical facilities to those injured in the fire in the building.Most laborers live in the buildingAccording to the report, the fire broke out in the kitchen of a labor camp at 4:30 am on Wednesday. Some people died after jumping out of the apartment after seeing the fire, while others died due to burns and smoke inhalation. According to a report, about 195 laborers live in the building. It is owned by a Malayali businessman KG Abraham. Although the fire has been brought under control, some people are still reported to be trapped inside.Foreign workers live in Mangaf areaKuwait's Health Ministry said that the area where the fire broke out in the southern Mangaf district on Wednesday morning is full of foreign workers. Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousuf Al-Sabah has ordered the arrest of the building owner while visiting the spot. Sheikh Fahad said that the greed of real estate owners gives rise to such cases.Death due to smokeAccording to a senior Kuwaiti police officer, only workers lived in the building where the fire broke out.
