In such a situation, elections will be held on 68 assembly seats which have 250 wards.The list has been prepared keeping castes in mind.BJP has fielded 23 Punjabis, 42 Brahmins, 34 Jats, 21 Vaishyas, 26 Purvanchali, 22 Rajputs, 17 Gujjars, 13 Jatavs, 9 Balmikis, 9 Yadavs, 7 Sikhs, 3 Muslims, 2 Uttarakhand residents, 1 Sindhi and 1 Jain community in this election. The workers have been given a chance.
