New Delhi : The Election Commission of India has announced by-elections to be held in 7 assembly seats in 6 states. According to the list released by the Election Commission, all these seats will go to polls on November 3. The results will be announced on November 6. Bishnoi resigned from Congress and joined BJP. Shiv Sena's Ramesh Latte won from Maharashtra's Andheri East assembly seat, but the seat has been vacant since his death.
