Production warrants have been issued to the accused who are currently in jail in the CBI chargesheet. All of them have been ordered to be presented through video conferencing. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, AAP leader Durgesh Pathak, Amit Arora, Ashish Mathur, Sharad Reddy, Vinod Chauhan have also been made accused in the CBI chargesheet. The next hearing of the case will be on September 11 in Rouse Avenue Court.

Kejriwal is in jail in CBI case

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is in jail in the alleged liquor scam policy case of Delhi. While he has got interim bail from the Supreme Court on July 12 in the money laundering case. He has not yet got bail in the CBI case. However, on Thursday, September 5, the Supreme Court will hear Kejriwal's bail in the CBI case. If Kejriwal gets bail from the Supreme Court in the CBI case, then his way out of jail will be clear.
