Delhi Liquor Scam / Kejriwal's troubles may increase! 'He will appear as an accused', court issues summons

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been ordered by the Rouse Avenue Court to appear on September 11 on the CBI chargesheet in the liquor policy scam. Kejriwal is in Tihar Jail but will appear via video conferencing. Summons have also been issued to other accused.

Delhi Liquor Scam: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's troubles may increase. Rouse Avenue Court took cognizance of the CBI's charge sheet in the liquor policy scam. All the accused, including Kejriwal, have been ordered to appear on September 11. Kejriwal is in jail, but video conferencing has been allowed.

These people have been made accused by CBI

Arvind Kejriwal is currently in Tihar Jail, so the court has issued a production warrant to present Kejriwal. However, the court has allowed Kejriwal to appear in court through video conferencing. According to the information, AAP leaders Durgesh Pathak, Amit Arora, Ashish Mathur, P Sharad Reddy, Vinod Chauhan have also been summoned as accused in the CBI case related to Delhi liquor policy.

Durgesh Pathak will have to appear in court and get bail

In the corruption case related to Delhi liquor scam, other accused including Durgesh Pathak will have to appear in court and get bail. Production warrants have been issued to the accused who are currently in jail in the CBI chargesheet. All of them have been ordered to be presented through video conferencing. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, AAP leader Durgesh Pathak, Amit Arora, Ashish Mathur, Sharad Reddy, Vinod Chauhan have also been made accused in the CBI chargesheet. The next hearing of the case will be on September 11 in Rouse Avenue Court.

Kejriwal is in jail in CBI case

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is in jail in the alleged liquor scam policy case of Delhi. While he has got interim bail from the Supreme Court on July 12 in the money laundering case. He has not yet got bail in the CBI case. However, on Thursday, September 5, the Supreme Court will hear Kejriwal's bail in the CBI case. If Kejriwal gets bail from the Supreme Court in the CBI case, then his way out of jail will be clear.
