PM Modi News: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress party in a public meeting held in Hisar. He said that the Congress not only disrespected Ambedkar's ideas, but also always conspired to keep him out of the system. The Prime Minister said in his speech, "We should not forget what the Congress did to Baba Saheb. As long as he was alive, the Congress insulted him. He was defeated in elections twice. The Congress always tried to suppress his ideas."Targeting the Constitution and vote bank politicsModi accused the Congress and said that the party crushed the soul of the country's Constitution for vote bank politics. He said, "Babasaheb was in favor of equality, but the Congress spread the virus of vote bank politics across the country. Whenever the Congress faced a crisis of power, they did not hesitate to crush the Constitution - whether it was the period of Emergency or any other attempt to save power."Waqf law and Muslim community issuePrime Minister Modi also launched a scathing attack on the 2013 Waqf law amendment by the Congress. He said, "Congress amended the Waqf law to please Muslims, but its aim was not to do good to the community, but only to get their votes. If Waqf properties were used properly, Muslim youth would not have to get punctures repaired.""Congress's intentions are flawed"Accusing the Congress of using the Muslim community as a mere vote bank, Modi said, "If Congress has so much affection for Muslims, then why has no Muslim been made the party president till date? Were 50% of their tickets given to Muslims?" He further said that the new Waqf amendment law will protect the rights of not only the Muslim community but also the tribals.Respect for Ambedkar and political messageAt the end of the rally, Prime Minister Modi remembered the contribution of Baba Saheb Ambedkar and paid him true tribute. He said, "Today when we are celebrating Ambedkar Jayanti, we need to not just remember his thoughts but also imbibe them."This speech of Prime Minister Modi was not just a tribute to Ambedkar but it was also a strategic and sharp political message against the Congress in the upcoming election environment.
