Mamata Banerjee News: NITI Aayog's 9th Governing Council meeting is being held in Delhi today. PM Modi will chair this meeting. CMs of BJP-ruled states are participating in this meeting of NITI Aayog. India Alliance has boycotted this meeting. Chief Ministers of some non-BJP ruled states will not attend this meeting. They have backed out from it alleging discrimination in the budget. However, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee will attend this meeting. In Delhi, Mamata Banerjee held a meeting with Trinamool Congress MPs, then went to Arvind Kejriwal's house and also met his wife Sunita Kejriwal. After this, Mamata said that she will definitely go to the meeting of NITI Aayog, but her opinion is that NITI Aayog should be dissolved because it has no authority.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan are also not attending the meeting of NITI Aayog. At the same time, the Chief Ministers of BJP and NDA ruled states have reached Delhi. UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, along with CMs of many other states have reached Delhi for the meeting of NITI Aayog.

During the meeting, a report will be submitted to NITI Aayog by the state government. Along with this report, the scheme run with the cooperation of the central and state government will be discussed. In the meeting, topics like 30 trillion dollar economy by 2047, role of states in developed nations, drinking water-electricity, health, school education, roadmap for development of country and states, cooperation between central and state governments and digitalization will be discussed.
