During his speech, PM Modi talked about the technological and digital development in India and said that India has now entered a new era. He proudly said, "India is connected today like never before. Today, India's 5G market has become bigger than the US and this transformation has been possible in just two years." Apart from this, he also discussed India's 6G projects, which will make India stronger in this fast-changing digital age.

The Prime Minister particularly emphasized on India's digital revolution. He told the NRIs that even though they still use wallets in the US, the use of digital wallets has now become common in India. This presents a unique example of financial inclusion and speed of digital transactions in India.

India's carbon emissions and global responsibility

Criticizing Western countries on climate change and environmental issues, PM Modi said that India has always understood its responsibility in global carbon emissions. He said, "India has 17 percent of the world's population, but our carbon emissions are less than four percent." Emphasizing that India is not a destructive force for the world but a country moving towards a bright future, he said, "India is not like fire, we are like the sun which gives light."

This visit of PM Modi is playing an important role in strengthening India-US relations as well as keeping the diaspora connected with India. His words not only instilled a sense of pride and confidence in the diaspora towards the country but also gave the message that India has now registered its strong presence on the world stage.
