The Supreme Court has put an interim stay on the government's decision to put name plates on the Kanwar route and said that shopkeepers do not need to disclose their identity. It should not have done this. Hotel owners will have to give information about the type of food i.e. whether it is vegetarian or non-vegetarian. They should not be forced to write their name.
