He’s the former executive chef of Junoon, lauded for its inventive take on traditional Indian cuisine, and has been awarded a Michelin star for seven years in a row.Vikas Khanna is also tackling the food supplies for migrant workers, under privileged, Dabbawalas, widows and millions of other facing hardships due to the coronavirus pandemic.Vikas recently made his directorial debut movie, The Last Color, the film addresses an age old taboo surrounding widows in Vrindavan and Varanasi in India.
