In the first round of investigation, the certificates of 36 teachers have been found to be fake. Order has been given to take legal action by registering FIR against fake teachers.

The teachers on whom action has been said to be taken, they got jobs on the basis of fake certificates of Central Teacher Eligibility Test and Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test. It is being told that during the planning, disturbances have been made by the planning units in Andar block, in which Anil Kumar Ram, Mukesh Kumar Manjhi, Anish Kumar Pandit, Sunil Kumar Sah, Kajal Kumari, Neetu Kumari, Dayanand, Shri Bhagwan Yadav, Saurabh Upadhyay , Preeti Rai, Sudakshina Kumari, Namrata Kumari. The employment of these 12 teachers has been canceled by DEO Mithilesh Kumar and DPO Rajendra Singh after investigation.

In the investigation, the certificate of TET of Shabnam Khatoon of West Guthni Panchayat of Guthni block is fake. On the other hand, Kiran Kumari of Bagora of Daraunda block, Musrain Khatoon of Babhnauli Panchayat of Mairwa, Noor Afreen of Padauli of Wood Nabiganj block, Munita Kumari of Dumra, Anjali Anand of Bhopatpur, Sulekha Kumari of Pachlakhi of Siwan Sadar, Sulekha Kumari of Pokhara in Maharajganj block.

Saurabh Chaudhary, Chandan Kumar Singh of Hajpurwa, Anita Kumari and Ruksan Anjum of Kasdevra, Prabhakar Kumar and Tunni Kumari of Siktia, Neha Kumari of Risaura, Shadab Ali and Saqeel Ahmed of Rasulpur of Badharia block, Madhukant Paswan and Kiran Kumari of Manjhawalia of Goreyakothi , Punita Kumari of Goreyakothi, Kumari Reshma of Hetimpur, Rinki Kumari of Mahmudpur, Rambabu Aman of Goreyakothi, Nanda Kumari of Mustafabad, Neetu Singh of Kumkumpur of Basantpur block, Mohd of Pipra of Pachrukhi block.

Ibrahim, Archana Kumari of Khedhwa of Bhagwanpur block, Aditya Mohan Singh of Balha Eraji, Kalpcha Kumari of Kaudiya, Akanksha Antaj of Sheikhpura Panchayat of Hasanpura block have been found to be fake. Whereas the father's name was found wrong in the TET certificate of Kumari Kamani of Andar block.

According to the departmental instructions, preparations are being made to register an FIR on the selected teachers whose certificates have been found to be fake. The planning units will register an FIR against these teachers. After the fake certificates were found, there has been a lot of uneasiness among such teacher candidates. It is being told that during the reinstatement of teachers, the education mafia also played an active role. The education mafia managed to get selected in the merit list by showing more marks in fake TET and CTET certificates.

Officials say that action is being taken against those with fake certificates. They will have to face legal hurdles. In this case, DPO Establishment Rajendra Singh said that on the teachers whose certificates have been found to be fake, the planning unit will register an FIR in the concerned police station. Other certificates are also under investigation. During the first round, there was a disturbance by the planning units in the reinstatement of 12 teachers. This planning unit is of Andar block. Therefore, the District Panchayati Raj Officer will register an FIR on the planning unit.
