Japan : A strong earthquake has been felt in Japan on Wednesday night. A tsunami warning has also been issued after the earthquake. According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was 297 km northeast of Tokyo, Japan. The magnitude of the earthquake has been recorded as 7.1.AFP quake has left nearly two million homes out of power, the Tokyo Electric Power Company was quoted as saying by AFP. Steps are being taken by the company to restore the power.Let us tell you that in March last year also some similar strong tremors of earthquake were felt in Japan's capital Tokyo. The earthquake then measured 7.2 according to the USGS.An earthquake struck Tokyo just before 6.10 pm. The USGS said the epicenter of the quake was 34 kilometers east of Ishinomaki, Japan, and 60 kilometers deep.
