Amid this controversy, the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) has taken another tough step and put a 30-day ban on transactions from the bank accounts of 17 ISKCON members and Chinmay Krishna Das. This action has been taken under investigation of allegations of financial irregularities.
