IND vs BAN: Everyone is waiting for the Indian cricket team to return to the field again. There are still a few more weeks left. Fans are also waiting for the announcement of the team and that will also take time. In such a situation, fans are missing the action of Team India, but news for them is constantly coming out of Indian cricket. One such big news has now been given directly by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The board has made a big change in the schedule of 3 matches of the Indian team to be held in the next few months. The most special in this is the India-Bangladesh match, which will be played in a new stadium. This will be the first international match in this stadium.

Team India, which is currently on a break, will return to the field again from next month i.e. September. It will start with the Test series against Bangladesh, whose first Test match will be played on 19 September. BCCI has made a change in the match of this India tour of the Bangladesh team, but it is not related to the Test match, but to the T20 series. BCCI announced this on Tuesday 13 August.

International cricket for the first time

After the 2-match Test series between the two teams, a 3-match T20 series is also to be played, which will start from October 6. A big change has been made in the venue of this match. Earlier this match was to be played in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, but now it will be played in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The reason for this change is said to be the changes being made in the ground of the Dharamshala Stadium.

This will be the first international match in this city in 14 years. Earlier in 2010, an ODI match was played between India and South Africa, in which Sachin Tendulkar became the first male cricketer to score a double century. But this match will not be held in this Roop Singh Stadium, rather it will be held in the new Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium built in Gwalior, which will host international cricket for the first time.

Changes in these matches too

Not only this match, but the schedule of two other matches has also been changed. These matches will be played between India and England next year. The England team will tour India in January, in which a 5-match T20 series will be played first. The venues of the first and second matches of this series have been swapped. The first T20 was to be played in Chennai on January 22 but now this match will be held in Kolkata. The second T20 to be held in Kolkata on January 25 will now be played in Chennai on the same date. The BCCI gave the reason for this that the Kolkata Police had demanded this change citing the preparations for Republic Day.
