Shenzhou-19 Spacecraft: China took another step forward in its space program by launching the Shenzhou-19 mission on Wednesday. Under this mission, three astronauts have left for the Tiangong space station on a six-month mission. An important fact included in this mission is that China's first female space engineer is also a part of this team, who is achieving an important milestone in her career. This space journey of China is being done with the aim of sending astronauts to the moon by 2030 and establishing a permanent base there.Launched successfullyAccording to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA), the mission was launched at 4:27 am (Beijing time) on Wednesday from China's northwestern Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. Only 10 minutes after launch, the Shenzhou-19 spacecraft separated from its rocket and entered the designated orbit. According to CMSA, all the astronauts are completely safe, and the start of the mission was completely successful.Who is included in the mission? The crew of Shenzhou-19 includes mission commander Kai Xueze, astronauts Song Lingdong and Wang Haoze. Wang Haoze, China's first female space flight engineer, is an important part of this mission. Kai Xueze is an experienced astronaut who traveled to space through the Shenzhou-14 mission in 2022. At the same time, Song and Wang are going for their first space experience.Facing challenges in spaceThe astronauts face many technical and science-related challenges in the mission. These include various scientific tests, installation of protective devices and use of additional equipment. According to CMSA spokesman Lin Ziqiang, the emphasis during this mission will be on research in space life science, microgravity fundamental physics, space materials science, space medicine, and new technologies. When will it return?According to the CMSA, the astronauts of Shenzhou-19 will return in late April or early May next year, and their landing will be at the Dongfeng site in the Inner Mongolia region of northern China. In addition, the CMSA reported in April that China has launched more than 130 scientific research and application projects at its space station, which will lay the foundation for future missions. This mission of China reflects its growing position in global space research. Through this, not only new technologies will be developed, but future generations of Chinese astronauts will also be inspired. With the dream of a permanent base on the Moon by 2030, China has taken an important step in this journey of space.
