News Helpline . Mumbai | ZEE5 Entertainment Enterprises Ltd very recently announced that they will be soon returning with their much loved content brand Zindagi on ZEE5. This made the fans go crazy as shows on Zindagi are loved by all. And finally ZEE5 announced their first original from Zindagi titled 'Churail' which will start streaming on ZEE5 from August 11.
The show has been directed by critically acclaimed director Asim Abbasi, whose film 'Cake' was Pakistan's official selection for 2019 Oscars. This show will deal with the hypocrisy of the patriarchal societies, how they deprive women of their rights. The show primarily revolves around the lives of four women: Sara, Jugnu Chaudhary, Batool and Zubaida.The show will focus on these strong women and their journey of self discovery and empowerment. These four will be self proclaimed Churails who will come together to open a detective agency to expose the husbands who cheat on their wives. Through the show, they will focus on issues like child abuse, sexism, domination of class and race.The show will have 10 episodes of 55 minutes each. It will feature Sarwat Gilani, Nimra Bucha, Mehar Bano and Yasra Rizvi in lead roles. Show will start streaming from August 11 only on ZEE5.
