RJD chief spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav called Nitish Kumar an "unconscious" chief minister. He said that Nitish Kumar was putting his hand on the stomach of a retired chief secretary standing next to him during the national anthem, due to which he got irritated and removed his hand.
