What is the whole matter

Let us tell you that in a case related to the alleged scam of job in exchange for land, former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife and former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri Devi, her daughter Misa Bharti and Tejashwi Yadav have got bail from the court. The case pertains to appointments made in the Railways in exchange for land allegedly gifted or sold to Lalu Prasad's family when he was the Railway Minister between 2004 and 2009.

The CBI had said in its charge sheet that appointments were made in the Railways in violation of the laid down norms and procedures of the Indian Railways.
