At one time GT's score was 138/3 for 16 overs and was considered as the favorite for the team's victory, but after that MI's bowlers showed their strength and did not give any chance to the Titans.

This is only the second win for Mumbai in the current tournament in 10 matches. The team has lost 8 matches. At the same time, this is GT's third defeat in 11 matches. Gujarat Toutons, captained by Hardik, have won 8 matches.

Replays showed that the ball was hitting the wicket and the umpire had to change his decision.

Interesting Fact: David Miller's 100th Match:

This is the 100th IPL match of Gujarat Titans middle order batsman David Miller. He became only the third South African player after AB de Villiers (184) and Faf du Plessis (111) to set this record.
