Share Market News: During one hour of trading on the auspicious occasion of Diwali in the stock market, the market cap of the top 10 companies of the country saw an increase of Rs 31,557.93 crore. During this Muhurat trading held on November 1 on the occasion of Diwali, the market performed brilliantly, in which the Sensex gained 335 points. This was the 7th consecutive year when the stock market saw a boom in Muhurat trading on the occasion of Diwali.

Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries made the most profit during this Muhurat trading, and its market cap increased by more than Rs 8,800 crore. Apart from this, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) also increased their market cap by more than Rs 5,100 crore and Rs 5,000 crore respectively.

Earnings figures of top 10 companies

Reliance Industries: Reliance's market cap increased by Rs 8,796.05 crore, taking its total market cap to Rs 18,12,120.05 crore.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS): TCS's market cap increased by Rs 5,119.6 crore and reached Rs 14,41,952.60 crore.

LIC: LIC's market cap increased by Rs 4,965.13 crore to Rs 5,88,509.41 crore.

Bharti Airtel: Airtel's market cap increased by Rs 2,732.81 crore, taking its total market cap to Rs 9,20,299.35 crore.

ITC: ITC's market cap increased by Rs 2,564.49 crore to Rs 6,13,662.96 crore.

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL): HUL's market cap increased by Rs 2,549.31 crore to Rs 5,96,408.50 crore.

HDFC Bank: HDFC Bank's market cap increased by Rs 2,174.78 crore to Rs 13,26,076.65 crore.

Infosys: Infosys' market cap increased by Rs 1,847.71 crore to Rs 7,31,442.18 crore.

State Bank of India (SBI): SBI's market cap increased by Rs 490.86 crore, taking its total market cap to Rs 7,32,755.93 crore.

ICICI Bank: ICICI Bank's market cap increased by Rs 317.19 crore, taking its total market cap to Rs 9,10,686.85 crore.

Sensex up 335 points

The BSE Sensex closed with a gain of 335 points in this one-hour session of Muhurat trading. During this, enthusiasm and positivity was seen among the investors, which is a proof of faith in the annual Muhurat trading. For the last few years, there has been a continuous rise on the occasion of Diwali, due to which the condition of the stock market has been positive.

Positive sign for investors

An increase of more than Rs 31,500 crore in the market cap of the top 10 companies in Muhurat trading indicates the strength of the market. The enthusiasm among investors is likely to remain in the coming days as well, due to which stability and growth is expected in the stock market.
