This time restrictions may increase in those districts where the positivity rate is high. There restrictions can be increased by creating a containment zone at the local level. Regarding this, the CM can call a corona review meeting in a day or two and discuss the guidelines. After some time a new guideline may come.After the meeting of the CM, some provisions of the guideline may change. In areas where there are more cases, a decision can be taken to keep the school closed even after January 31. The positivity rate is around 20 percent, increasing strictness in those areas is believed to be certain. In these areas, instead of Sunday curfew, weekend curfew can be imposed on Saturday-Sunday.Restrictions imposed on many big religious placesThere is already a ban on offerings and worship materials at religious places of the state. Meanwhile, many major religious centers have stopped the entry of devotees. Most religious places were closed during the weekend curfew.Positivity rate more than 15 percent in 9 districtsWeekly positivity rate is more than 10 percent in 15 districts of the state. In 9 districts, the positivity rate is above 15 percent, which experts are calling dangerous. The positivity rate of Jodhpur, Jaipur, Udaipur, Bikaner, Kota, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh is more than 15 percent. Jaipur and Jodhpur are at the top of the danger mark with a positivity rate of 24 percent.Create containment zones at more than 10% infection rateAccording to the guidelines of the Indian Council of Medical Research ICMR, there is a positivity rate of more than 10 percent, it is necessary to impose restrictions by creating a containment zone in those areas. That level of strictness has not yet been done in most areas in Rajasthan. Now it is certain to be strict in the more affected areas.Collectors can also impose restrictions in Red ZoneThere are 100 active cases per 1 lakh population in cities, they have been kept in the red zone. In areas with red zones, collectors can impose restrictions at the local level. These include restrictions like mini lockdown to creating containment zones. Till now the collector has not taken strict action. CM can give instructions to impose strict restrictions in the Red Zone in the next review meeting. After getting instructions from the CM level, it is believed that the restrictions in the red zone will increase.Provisions for restrictions in Red Zone, Yellow ZoneThere are 100 active cases per 1 lakh population in cities, they have been kept in the red zone. Areas where there are 51 active cases have been kept in the Yellow Zone. An area with 50 or less active cases per 1 lakh population is in the Green Zone. Similarly, the village which will have 20 active cases will be considered in the red zone. There will be a yellow zone on less than 20 active cases. The village where there will not be a single case will be kept in the green zone. If there is even a single case in the village, it will be counted in the Yellow Zone. In the Red and Yellow zones, the local administration has been empowered to take strict action and impose restrictions.
