Similarly, Germany, Italy and Spain are on the second rung and with this passport you can travel visa-free to 190 countries.

How is the ranking of passport decided?

The work of preparing the passport ranking is done by London-based immigration consultancy Henley & Partners. This agency releases the ranking every year. On what basis the ranking is decided, now let's understand that too.

The passport ranking of Henley & Partners Consultancy is based on the data released by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). There are many factors responsible for the ranking. For example, if a country gives entry to the people of another country without visa, then that guest country is given 1 point. Many such factors related to Visa on Araval and foreign travel and mutual relations of countries are also responsible for this. Which decide whether your country's passport ranking will be strong or weak.

Apart from this, there are different guidelines for visa in every country, the country which fulfills it gets visa easily. Which countries are able to meet that demand? This factor also plays an important role in the ranking of the index.
