Where did this incident happen?

Ibrahim Raisi was traveling in Iran's East Azerbaijan province when the accident occurred. The presidential helicopter was reported to have made a hard landing about 600 kilometers (375 miles) northwest of Iran's capital, Tehran. However, a local government official called it an accident. According to the information, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, Governor of Iran's East Azerbaijan Province and other officials and bodyguards were also traveling with Raisi.
