Team India has to face Nepal on Monday, September 4, but just before that, Bumrah has returned to the country. According to reports, Bumrah left for Mumbai on Sunday, September 3, a day before Team India's second match. Bumrah had returned to Team India only last month after being out for a long time due to injury. In such a situation, questions are being raised whether the injury has recovered again?

It is a matter of relief for Team India and its fans that the reason for Bumrah's return is not due to injury. Reports say that Bumrah has returned to India for personal reasons and it has nothing to do with the injury. The star pacer is perfectly fit. According to the report of CricketNext, Jasprit Bumrah is going to become a father for the first time and that is why he is returning back to Mumbai. Bumrah's wife and sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan is about to give birth to her first child and Bumrah has returned to the country only to witness this new phase of his life. Bumrah and Sanjana were married in March 2021.

Bumrah will return for Super-4

Apparently this happy moment in Bumrah's life has made his fans happy too. Along with this, the fans of Team India must have got relief that Bumrah is completely fine. Not only this, Bumrah will return to Sri Lanka immediately after the birth of the child and will be available for the matches of the Super-Four stage. On reaching the Super-Four, India has to face Pakistan in its very first match on 10 September.

As far as the India-Nepal match is concerned, in the absence of Bumrah, senior pacer Mohammed Shami will get a place in the playing XI. Shami did not get a chance in the match against Pakistan. Now he will be able to play in this match.
