Lahore AQI Index: The condition of Pakistan's cultural city Lahore is extremely worrying at this time, as it has recently been recognized as the most polluted city in the world. We have taken many measures to solve this problem and now we are planning artificial rain in the city." This step can prove to be helpful in reducing the pollution level.Formation of special teamThe Punjab government has formed an anti-smog team, which will visit pollution-affected areas. This team will make farmers aware of the dangers of burning crop residues and promote the use of super seeders. Apart from this, alternative methods for disposal of crop residues will also be discussed.Environment Minister's appealPunjab Environment Minister Maryam Aurangzeb hoped to see the positive impact of the steps taken against pollution in the next eight to 10 years.
