Uttar Pradesh / Make Mayawati PM candidate condition of BSP joining Third Front

Uttar Pradesh | After Akhilesh Yadav's name came from UP to Samajwadi Party, BSP has also raised Mayawati's name for PM candidate. The Bahujan Samaj Party has made a conditional proposal for the Third Front. BSP national spokesperson Dharamveer Choudhary issued a statement saying that BSP is ready to join the Third Front if Mayawati is declared the prime ministerial candidate.

National spokesperson Dharamveer Chaudhary says that there is no other leader of Mayawati's stature. Dharamveer said that with these conditions, there will be no hesitation in joining the third march. He said that anyway, the participation of UP is very important to form the government at the Centre. Here the influence of BSP is on a large section, whereas the Congress has ceased to exist.

Earlier, in the SP's national convention, senior leader Ravidas Mehrotra said that if a non-BJP government is formed in the country and SP becomes the largest party and Akhilesh comes to the post of Prime Minister, Akhilesh said in reference to his words that he has shown such a big dream. We do not think that we have reached that position. We definitely dream that somehow the BJP government should be out of power. Recently, SP MP Hassan had described Akhilesh as a suitable candidate for the post of PM. Apart from Ravidas Mehrotra, former Leader of Opposition Ramgovind Chaudhary also reiterated the same point.
